If you’re interested in carefully designed full body workouts in an awesome atmosphere, one where everyone you workout with is supportive and encouraging, EWF would be the perfect place for you! 

 

You’ll do a different workout every day. When you come in, the workout is written out for you and includes many aerobic, strength, and functional exercises. These exercises require your own body weight, but also implement the use of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls,  steppers, jump ropes, punching bags, TRX bands, mats, and ECHO Rogue Bikes. 

 

The class is called Group Personal Training because I make sure everyone is using proper form and technique to remain safe and effective (as I would with any personal training session) while pushing the group to their fullest potential!

 

Every single exercise I implement into workouts can be modified and tailored towards your fitness level.
